1. Purpose
These Terms of Service (hereinafter "Terms") define the terms and conditions of use for the Corvée mobile application (hereinafter "the Application") published by Les Chauves.
By downloading and using the Application, you accept these Terms without reservation.
2. Service description
Corvée is a mobile application designed to help manage home and garden maintenance. It allows you to:
- Browse a library of AI-generated maintenance tasks
- Schedule and track periodic maintenance tasks
- Receive reminder notifications
- Share tasks with other household members (Household Mode)
3. Access to the service
The Application is available for download on the App Store (iOS) and Google Play Store (Android). Access to full features requires a paid subscription after a 7-day free trial period.
3.1 Account creation
To use the Application, you must create an account by providing a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
3.2 Subscriptions
The Application offers two subscription plans:
- Monthly subscription: €3.99 per month, no commitment
- Annual subscription: €34.99 per year (equivalent to €2.92/month)
Subscriptions are automatically renewed unless cancelled through the store (App Store or Google Play).
4. Intellectual property
The Application, its content (text, images, logos, task database) and all its elements are protected by intellectual property rights. Any unauthorized reproduction, representation, or exploitation is prohibited.
5. Use of artificial intelligence
The Application uses artificial intelligence technologies to generate and suggest maintenance tasks. These suggestions are provided for informational purposes only and should not be considered as a substitute for advice from qualified professionals. Les Chauves does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the generated information.
6. Liability
The Application is provided "as is". Les Chauves shall not be held liable for:
- Direct or indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Application
- Consequences of forgetting or improperly performing a maintenance task
- Temporary service interruptions for maintenance
7. Personal data
The processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Changes to the Terms
Les Chauves reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of changes by notification within the Application. Continued use of the Application after modification constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
9. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time from the Application settings. In case of violation of these Terms, Les Chauves reserves the right to suspend or delete your account without notice.
10. Applicable law and disputes
These Terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, French courts shall have sole jurisdiction after failure of an amicable resolution attempt.
